Online Full Moon Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a movement meditation designed to free your mind, body and everything in between. Beginning with an opening circle, we'll come together to set intentions. Aliza Rivka will guide us through the journey, set to recorded music, and we'll close with a brief sharing circle. Join us from your living room to dance like nobody's watching and maybe even howl at the moon!
